Hotel Panorama Resort, Strbske Pleso

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with a room in the garage that had a kitchenette, all for a good price. The room was fantastic, clean, and comfortable, offering great value for money. However, the service was a bit lacking as we encountered communication issues upon arrival and were eventually offered a small compensation for booking a smaller room than we paid for.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite big with a balcony and kitchen, spacious and filled with light, but unfortunately, the view was limited to the parking place or the mountains. The service was very friendly and helpful, but there was a slight hiccup with some staff being clueless and waiting for the owner to fix an issue. The location was very good with nearby amenities, but the furnishing was not the newest. The dining options were delicious, though a bit pricey with a limited selection. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
